Terms and Conditions - Courses

Courses are provided based on the terms and conditions below:

General

The client places a written order on PharmaPart by post, fax, on-line or by e-mail. Confirmation of the order by PharmaPart to the client by post, fax, on-line or by e-mail, makes the contract binding to both parties.

In the case of third party orders not accepted by the third party or otherwise not invoicable by PharmaPart, rights and responsibilities reside retroactively with the requesting client.

Course Description

Duration, price, objectives, content, target audience, requirements and details concerning the execution of the course are available in the current description. (See the website.)

Price

Course materials, refreshments (and where applicable lunch) is included in the course fee. Published prices may be changed without notice at any time.

Course Requirements

The course requirements are shown in the detailed description. All courses are listed on the PharmaPart website.

Certificate

All course participants receive a certificate after successfully completing the course.

Special Courses

Other terms and conditions apply to special courses.

Registration/Cancellations

Registration is contractually binding. By withdrawal from between 14 and 7 days before the course begins are

credited with 50% of the course fee. Refunds are not possible after this time.

Substitute participants are allowed at any time.

Copyright

Course materials are copyright. They remain the property of PharmaPart and are licensed for use to the individual course participant. These materials may not be copied, reprinted, translated, processed electronically or be passed on for internal or external use without written express permission.

Insurance

PharmaPart is not legally responsible for the loss of property during the course. Each participant is responsible for arranging sufficient insurance coverage.

Contractual Changes

We reserve the right to make changes at any time. The course description relevant at the time of booking is contractually binding. (See the website.)

Applicable Law/Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to Swiss corporation law. Disputes are to be submitted to the Zurich courts for arbitration.

These Terms and Agreements are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of PharmaPart AG.
